Happy Mango Beads ships to the USA and Canada only and most orders are shipped the same or next day. We work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic and international orders.

How do I receive FREE shipping with my USA order?
Customers in the USA who spend a minimum of $50.00 qualify for free USPS First Class shipping. If you would prefer to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you can select this option during checkout for $6.99.

How quickly do you ship?
Orders placed before 3:00PM (Mountain Standard Time) Monday - Friday will often ship the same day and those placed after that time typically ship the following business day.

Does Happy Mango Beads cover customs duties and fees or shipping brokerage fees?
No. Canada may impose additional taxes, duties, or fees related to customs, processing, or local delivery. These fees are not controlled or collected by Happy Mango Beads. Please make sure you are familiar with your Canada's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect.

Will I be able to track my order?
We provide, via e-mail confirmation, a USPS tracking number with every order that is placed. If you can't find your tracking number, check your spam folder first and then please send us an e-mail at info@happymangobeads.com.

I live in the USA and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please notify us if it has been at least 20 days since your order shipped and you have not yet received it. PLEASE NOTE: Happy Mango Beads is not responsible for packages that have not been reported delayed/missing after 30 days and/or any packages that show "delivered' with USPS tracking. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local Post Office to open an investigation. Happy Mango Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I live in Canada and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Occasionally packages may get delayed in customs in route to you. Please notify us if it has been at least 30 days since your order shipped and we can request an investigation, but realize that once a package leaves the USA, it is essentially out of the control of the United States Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE: Happy Mango Beads does not assume the risk of any package that is shipped internationally; we are not responsible for orders that are delayed, held or rejected by customs, or missing. If your package is returned to the USA for any reason, and you wish to have it shipped to you a second time, there will be an additional shipping fee.
