Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order, however if you are a USA customer and wish to take advantage of our free shipping option, your order must reach at least $50.00.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer wholesale accounts at this time. Because we do nearly all of our own buying/importing/traveling we are able to keep our prices very low. For this reason we usually do not discount any further, though we have regular sales offering substantial savings. We sell to many bead shops in the USA and around the world, these shops are able to sell the beads quite well at a retail level. If you are interested in purchasing a high quantity of the same item, we might be able to offer a discount. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for specific inquiries.
Can I shop at your warehouse?
We allow customers to shop in our warehouse by appointment only. Please send us an e-mail at least one week in advance to arrange a time and date, firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to social distancing protocols in place due to COVID-19, and limited employees on site, we are unfortunately not able to accept warehouse shopping appointments until further notice.
Do you have a catalog?
Sorry, but we don’t offer a catalog at this time. We have many old and one-of-a-kind items and it would be very difficult to provide an up-to-date catalog.

How quickly do you ship?
We often ship orders the same day an order is placed. Orders placed before 3:00PM (Mountain Standard Time) will often ship the same day and those placed after that time will ship the following business day. If you require expedited delivery (USPS Express Mail), this can be arranged for an extra fee.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship domestic (USA) orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Canada ship via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. All other international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. How do I make a change to an existing order?

Where is my confirmation e-mail?
Immediately after you place an order you should receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive any confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.
I lost my gift certificate code, what should I do?
We can retrieve your code and re-send it. Please send an e-mail to us at email@example.com and include the names of both the gift certificate recipient and the sender.
