Gemstone Tassel Necklace Tutorial

| Step 1 : The DIY Tassel Necklace is roughly 32″ in length not including the tassel. When the tassel is added, the additional length is just perfect and will hit at the right spot. Begin by cutting a piece of DMC floss that is 40 to 42″ in length. It’s nice to have too much DMC floss instead of too little with stringing the beads because you will need to tie this necklace off and don’t want the DMC floss to be too short. |

| Step 2: String the DMC floss with the flexible beading wire. This will allow you to be able to string the beautiful gemstone beads onto the DMC floss. |
| Step 3: String several of the gemstone beads followed by the bone beads, then ending with the gemstone beads. |

| Step 4: Add the tassel. Tie the end of the DMC floss a couple of times. Add a drop of super glue to adhere the ends to make sure the necklace will not come apart. |

| Step 5: I wanted to add a little charm to the tassel to fancy it up a bit. This is completely optional. To add the charm, open up the 3mm jump ring and slide through the top of the tassel. Slip the charm on and close the jump ring using needle nose pliers. |
