How do I receive FREE shipping with my USA order?
Customers in the USA who spend a minimum of $25.00 qualify for free USPS First Class shipping. If you would prefer to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you can select this option during checkout for $4.99.

How quickly do you ship?
We often ship orders the same day an order is placed. Typically, orders placed before 3:00PM (Mountain Standard Time) will ship the same day and those placed after that time will ship the following business day, including occasional Saturdays. If you require expedited delivery (USPS Express Mail), this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please call us at (970) 532-2546.

Does Happy Mango Beads cover customs duties and fees or shipping brokerage fees?
No. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Happy Mango Beads. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect.

Will I be able to track my order?
Every order that ships will receive a USPS tracking number.

I live in the USA and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Though rarely delayed, occasionally an order gets misplaced in the USPS. Please notify us if it has been at least 20 days since your order shipped to file an insurance claim. PLEASE NOTE: we cannot be responsible for packages that have not been reported delayed/missing after 90 days.

I live outside of the USA and I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Occasionally packages may get delayed in customs in route to you. Please notify us if it has been at least 30 days since your order shipped to file an insurance claim. PLEASE NOTE: we cannot be responsible for packages that have not been reported delayed/missing after 90 days.
