About the Artist: Marian Stonacek

Marian Stonacek is a life-long artist, she lives on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.  Aside from enameled copper pendants, which Marian has been perfecting for the last several years, she also enjoys crafting pottery and jewelry as well as knitting and dying yarn and fabric. Originally Marian attended school to learn the art of silversmithing as well as pottery-making.  Marian's primary inspiration for her art pieces, especially the enameled copper pendants, is the attractiveness of bright colors and she finds it important to emphasize her happiness in life through artistic expression.
